The living room area has two comfortable couches and TV for guests’ viewing pleasure. It comes with a fully furnished patio and private, enclosed pool with a small table and seating for four, as well as, numerous lounge chairs. There is also a game room with something for everyone whether it be ping-pong, or foosball. Orlando is never short on fun. This property is just minutes away from all the Disney Parks. Universal Studios Resort, Legoland, and SeaWorld are just a short drive away too. There are also plenty of grocery stores and restaurants available in close proximity. Pet Policy: This property is are NOT pet-friendly. if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged $500 per pet for violating the policy. If we find evidence of pets after your departure, you will be charged $500 for violating the pet policy. If additional cleaning is required, you will be charged an additional $500. In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, No Smoking - If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction. Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher, trash bag and soap. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense. No parties are allowed. In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, Love Rentals applies a Limited Property Protection Plan to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $35 covers up to $1,000 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. The Thousand Oaks community is located in Davenport, Florida which is south of Orlando and the Highway 192. This subdivision is 5-10 minutes from shopping and restaurants located nearby at Champions Gate. Thousand Oaks is approximately 8 miles (13km) from the Animal Kingdom entrance. The Thousand Oaks vacation community is away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks, but this allows you to enjoy the woodlands and conservation areas adjacent to the subdivision.The neighborhood is known for its freshwater lakes which is home to some good fishing for the kids and family.
