This 3 bedroom unit is located on the west end of the 2nd floor in one of the lowest density condo buildings on Perdido Key. The building has an elevator as well as a stairwell for easy access to the unit. Your balcony off the living room area directly faces the beach offering some stunning views! Just a heads up - Ocean Breeze condos are going to be doing more construction starting December 4th through March 31st and during this time the balconies will be closed off, it will be noisy and there will be limited parking.
