This home sits next to a woodland preserve providing a relaxing alternative to most beach houses. Vacation Station boasts a first-floor grill near the pool, a spacious kitchen, an open-concept living area, a billiards table, and outdoor games. Renew your senses in the private pool backed by a woodland reserve. Vacation Station’s backyard creates the perfect backdrop for a small wedding* or family experience the kids and adults will cherish forever! You can walk or take the golf cart to nearby shopping, beach restaurants, groceries, and family activities. The beach access has a large parking lot, restrooms, a tiki bar, and the world-famous Pompano Joe’s restaurant. The gated neighborhood also has a community pool that can be enjoyed by guests staying here. Our Destin properties have exceptional cleaning standards. All linens are cleaned and changed out after every guest! Home Layout: Sleeps 22 First floor: Sleeps 2 King Room with private bathroom (sleeps 2), Living Room, Kitchen, Half Bathroom, and Laundry Room. Second floor: Sleeps 12 King Room with private bathroom (sleeps 2), King Room with private bathroom (sleeps 2), Bunk Room with three full-size beds (sleeps 6) with shared Jack and Jill bathroom, King Room that also shares the Jack and Jill bathroom (sleeps 2). Third floor: Sleeps 8 King Room (sleeps 2), Bunk Room with three full-sized beds (sleeps 6), Jack and Jill bathroom. A golf cart and four beach chairs are provided for your convenience. We also offer discounts on bicycles and golf cart rentals. The parking pad can accommodate up to six standard-size vehicles. There is no parking on the grass or elsewhere in the neighborhood. Scooters, trailers, oversized vehicles, RVs, and motorcycles are strictly prohibited in the neighborhood. $300 flat pet fee to be collected post-booking. 1-2 pets max. 50 lbs max. No aggressive breeds. You must let us know if bringing pet before you travel! We provide high-thread count linens and a starter set of toiletries, detergent, and soaps. Additional items needed are the guest’s responsibility. *Check-In – 4 PM (Central) *Check Out – 10 AM (Central) *Weddings/Events – If held on property additional $500.00 event fee is required* **The pool can be heated from October 1 - May 30 for an additional daily fee. The heated pool must be requested at least three days before arrival to ensure it is on and operational** AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made. Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for a late checkout because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Thank you for understanding! Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
