This resort is nothing like Windsor Hills where there is a guard and each driver needs to be so specific. There is a gate keypad at this resort for the guests to enter their entry code into, so all drivers can use the same entry code without having any issues. No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee. No Pets Allowed Policy: **This property is NOT pet-friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500. **Pool can be heated for an additional $30.00 daily fee. Pool heat must be requested 3 days before arrival. Supplies: We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, dish detergent tablet, paper towels, and bath essentials. However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. We only provide single items to get your stay started. Please Note: Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
