The Suite Lookout is on the top floor of the Inn and offers our guests with “lofty” mountain views. Please note this is a bed and breakfast, and common areas are featured in the photos! Bed/bath is private. This is a great place to escape for peace, solitude and admiring of nature’s bounty. The Queen bed has an adjoining private bathroom with a single shower, a sitting area in the room with table for two and a loveseat sofa for TV. Enjoy relaxing in your room with your birds’ eye view or enjoy the three-state vista from the expansive common area on the main level with gas fireplace which has ample seating for watching the large screen TV, eating with other Inn guests and your host. This suite is one of the best values on Lookout Mountain with the Million Dollar view. There are two common areas each with gas fireplaces available for use and both outdoor decks have nice tables and chairs for relaxing outside. No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee. Supplies: We do provide a starter kit for the Suite which includes – tea, Keurig coffee cups, paper towels, and bath essentials. However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000 in real property protection.
