Bedroom Configuration: - Master Bedroom: King bed with a beautifully remodeled ensuite bathroom. - Bedroom 2 & 3: Both feature kid-friendly oversized bunk beds with full mattresses. - Bedroom 4: Another spacious room with a luxurious king-size bed. Entertainment: All rooms are equipped with smart TVs for endless entertainment options. The family room features a large screen for movie nights and cozy gatherings. Outdoor Delight: Step into the private backyard with a screened-in pool – perfect for a refreshing dip or basking in the Florida sunshine. Additionally, there's an expansive backyard area for outdoor activities. A grill is available for your use; just provide the propane and promise to clean up for a delightful outdoor dining experience. Pool heat available for $30 a day plus taxes for the duration of your stay. Please note – In order to book with us there is a 25 years of age minimum requirement & the person booking the villa must be present during the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee. **This property is cat/dog friendly. If you will be bringing your cat/dog, please reach out to us. Restrictions apply: There is a Non-Refundable pet fee of $150.00 / per pet. Your pet must be under 25 pounds maximum of 2 cat/dogs allowed. Shot records are required for your pet and must be up to date with vaccinations. Please note: without prior knowledge to Love rentals there will be a minimum of a Non-Refundable $500 and possible eviction so please ensure you advise us BEFORE you travel. Cat/Dog owner accepts full responsibility for your pet. Aggressive breeds are NOT allowed Pool Policy: **Please note: this property has a pool - no pool heat available. Supplies: We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, dish detergent tablet, paper towels, and bath essentials. However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. We only provide single items to get your stay started. Please Note: Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
