This beautiful log cabin is surrounded by trees and wildlife. The large back deck has a gas grill and also a charcoal grill for cooking out in the evenings or any time of day. When entering the cabin, you will find a large kitchen/dining area which leads into the living room that has a wood burning fireplace, TV and comfortable seating. The primary bedroom and bathroom are very roomy and on the main floor, beautifully decorated and have a small wood burning fireplace! When you go down to the lower floor, you will find a massive, 84" TV with surround sound, perfect for all sports seasons! There is one set of bunkbeds in the lower living area and also an extra queen bed. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed and full bath with a stand up shower. This cabin is truly one of the most beautiful and comfortable homes in Wolf Laurel! There are 2,432 square feet. The owners are members of the Village Amenities giving renters use of the swimming pool, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. There is also a trout pond for your fishing enjoyment! Keep what you catch! Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. Pet Policy: **Dogs Welcome! All dogs need to be approved by the homeowner - some restrictions apply. Non-Refundable dog fee applies $75.00 / per dog - maximum 2 dogs. Please note without prior knowledge to Love rentals there will be a minimum of $500.00 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00 so please ensure you advise us BEFORE you travel. Dog owners accept full responsibility for the dog. No Smoking / or vaping of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking / vaping are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee. Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
