Your property manager continues handling the property and the on-site experience. Self-managing owners can use the same support while retaining responsibility for local operations.

Do you help with permitting or local rules?
We don't replace your local legal or compliance advisers. Owners and managers remain responsible for permits and local rules, while our team can take care of online pricing, listing presentation, and guest conversations within the agreed service.

LoveRentals costs owners and property managers nothing. Our margin is blended into the rent guests pay—not added as a separate surcharge or deducted from your earnings. We use thoughtful pricing and listing merchandising to support the total booking value. If our approach would leave you earning less, we will tell you plainly; it is not the right fit.
