Texas

More Texas weekends. Less back-and-forth.

Support for Texas owners and property managers — Hill Country, Austin, Galveston, and DFW — with local care staying local.

Where Texans host

Texas isn’t one market. Here’s how we help in each part of it.

What that looks like week to week

Three everyday examples of the work our team takes on for Texas homes.

  • Pricing that follows each region

Hill Country weekends, Galveston summers and DFW event calendars fill differently. Rates follow the local rhythm rather than a statewide average.

  • Guest questions answered

Boat ramps, river access, parking and check-in questions get a prompt answer from our team; anything at the house goes to your local team.

  • Listings kept current

Photos, amenity details and seasonal copy are reviewed through the year so the listing reads like the home does today.

A simple partnership

At no cost to you, we take care of pricing, listing merchandising and guest conversations from a distance. You or your local team take care of the home, the cleans and anything that needs someone on-site. Our margin is blended into the rent guests pay, never deducted from your earnings.

Texas questions

Does LoveRentals replace my property manager?

No. LoveRentals supports the online and phone side of the rental business, including pricing, merchandising and guest communication. Your property manager continues handling the property and the on-site experience. Self-managing owners can use the same support while retaining responsibility for local operations.

How do you handle Texas’s very different seasons by region?

Each region has its own calendar: Hill Country weekends and wine season, Galveston’s summer and spring break, Austin’s festival and event weeks. Pricing and stay rules are reviewed against the local calendar, not a single statewide pattern.

Which parts of Texas do you work with?

Hill Country, Austin and the Highland Lakes, Galveston and the Gulf Coast, and the DFW area. Tell us where you host and we’ll confirm before anything is agreed.

What does LoveRentals cost owners and property managers?

LoveRentals costs owners and property managers nothing. Our margin is blended into the rent guests pay—not added as a separate surcharge or deducted from your earnings. We use thoughtful pricing and listing merchandising to support the total booking value. If our approach would leave you earning less, we will tell you plainly; it is not the right fit.

Airbnb Cleaning Checklist - Free Template for Airbnb

A consistent Airbnb cleaning checklist is less about the scrubbing itself and more about building a system that produces the same guest-ready result no matter who's holding the mop. Treat this guide as your working standard, adapt it to your property's specific features, and pair it with photo documentation so every turnover is both spotless and provable.

Airbnb Welcome Book Template to Impress Guests (Mobile & Desktop)

A welcome book template is a reusable, pre-built guide — digital or printed — that you fill in once per property and hand to every guest. The point of using a template rather than writing one from scratch is consistency: the same sections, in the same order, every time, so nothing important gets forgotten on a rushed turnover day.
